good breakfast. wonderful coffee. near tram stop.
is situated in industrial district. very hard to find some place to go.
Quiet room at the back. High ceilings, nice big room, big shower. Late checking out was no problem. Pleasant personnel, nice small bar and lobby downstairs.
It's nice, quiet part of town, train station in front of hotel (15min to center). Buffet breakfast is ok, receptionists are very nice too.
The cleaning lady that woke us up at 7am in the morning, yelling something in Hungarian, banging on the door and entering the room and then coming out and yelling again.
First night - while stepping into my room - already paid for and previously occupied, I found a stranger in my bed. Apologies have been asked on both sides, and another room granted on the same floor. The third night sort of low level dance and hip hop club event disturbed beneath. This place must be avoided by everyone. (January 2017)
A little bit old fashioned, but clean, every day a new towels, fridge in he room polite staff.Reasonable price for value
-Quality of services -rooms were cleaned and big
Hotel has it's own parking. Breakfast was ok
It is far away from city center. Rooms are pld and a bit rusty. Bathroom is very bad. Beads are too soft, and it was very noisy during a night
The hotel has 2 buildings a and B. The rooms from a are ok but from building b are 1 star and no 3 stars. At breakfast there are no fruits or vegetables. The personal is not quite friendly.
The only thing worth mentioning as a positive factor for the hotel was the breakfast. Although nothing lavish was served, the products weren't bad either, and compared to the rest of the services provided, the breakfast was welcomed.
Extremely poor placed at the outskirts of the city in a remote, ugly and seemingly unsafe area make it a place you wouldn't want to return to alone at night. The staff was uninterested and rarely helpful, the small parking space at the back of the hotel doesn't allow more than 8 cars being parked at once, and the customers are forced to park on the street in front of the hotel (a seemingly unsafe and definitely ungarded area). The reception is not managed 24/7 which means that if you arrive or depart at night at 4 or 5 there's a big chance you won't be helped or checked in and might be forced to sleep in the car (not a bad prospect considering the old, smelly, un-aired, unwelcomming rooms).
The staff was kind and helpful, the tram station is in front of the hotel and you can get in any part of downtown Budapest in less than 20 minutes. You can buy tram tickets at the reception. There is free parking available and it's really quiet at night.
I really don't understand how they got 3 stars, it's more like a hostel actually. The room looked old and the moquette on the floor was very dirty, so was the curtain from the shower.
Excellant for short stay. You have all what you need, free wi-fi, parking in front of the hotel. Good value for the money
I did not have time for tour through the hotel, I only slept there. The food was quite good. Generaly hotel is equal to price.
I recived very dirty room, I had to change room to other ;/.
Comfortable room, friendly reception
Wouldn't serve food in our room (even a sandwich!) Old tired building
very nice staff, very good breakfast and a big mall (ALLEE) not far
no air conditioned !
the room looked exactly like on pictures on the site so you really get what you book.
bathroom was not so clean and it needs to be refreshed..
